Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use crypto services in your jurisdiction.
Self-custodial wallet
dcaspx gives you a self-custodial wallet through Privy. You are solely responsible for your account access and any assets in your wallet. We do not custody your funds and cannot reverse, recover, or move them.
Not financial advice
SPX6900 is a memecoin. dcaspx is a tool for buying it on a schedule and is not investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Crypto is highly volatile and you can lose money. Only commit what you can afford to lose. All buys you make are your own decision.
Buying USDC
Card purchases of USDC are provided by Coinbase under their terms. dcaspx is not a party to that transaction and does not process or store card details.
Your content
You are responsible for photos and captions you submit. Do not post unlawful, infringing, or explicit content. By submitting, you grant dcaspx a license to display your content within the app. We screen submissions and may remove content or accounts that violate these terms.
No warranty
The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, dcaspx is not liable for any losses arising from your use of the app, including losses from crypto price movements, network failures, or third-party services.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
